Van Damme Pro Grade Classic XKE is a relatively low capacitance unbalanced cable for studio and stage applications. The extra inner shielding layer [in the form of a conductive thermoplastic material] coupled with the standard close lapped copper ensures a quasi noise-free handling. Make sure to strip down the black conductive layer when soldering, or you’ll experience an abnormal low signal output level and/or intermittent signal cut-off. The Classic XKE has an OD of 6mm – 0.236″ and a nominal capacitance of 90pF/m – 27pF/ft. Available in black, red, green, blue, yellow, and grey.

Use with Switchcraft 280 and 226 connectors.
